  I used to love this store. The new manager, Frank, is horrible - intruding in conversations with the sales staff (with advice that is wrong because he doesn't get the whole story before speaking up.) Until he arrived at this store, I always was treated well and had a lot of fun shopping here. That is no longer the case. I ordered several items last spring, and expected to receive a phone call when they arrived. Every single item was supposedly delivered late, and by some coincidence arrived at the store within 24 hours of my calling to inquire about it. I see the other sales staff trying to help and make things right, and have the impression that Frank if making their work lives very difficult and unpleasant, too.
